The Tundra Lodge Resort, Water Park, and Conference Center, a 162 unit hotel in

Green Bay, WI. Is seeking an experienced chef to join our team.

 

This opportunity will include the hiring, training, and oversight of all culinary positions in our recently renovated full service restaurant, and state of the art conference center opening in October ’08. 

Experience in menu planning, food preparation, ordering, inventory, cost control, pricing, and profitability are essential. 

 

The successful candidate will work well under pressure, be organized, and have a proven track record of supervisory and culinary experience.
