Executive Administrator

Apex Systems is looking for (2) Executive Administrators to work on a temporary assignment in Silver Springs, MD.  Candidate needs to be able to start on 9/29/08.

Job description is as followed:

Client is moving from a Sun to Exchange environment. The individuals will need to be extremely well spoken, have great phone manner and be experienced with calendar management for busy executives within an exchange environment. These individuals will be scheduling all meetings and conference rooms for all Silver Spring staff during our migration from Sun to Exchange. Activity and responsibility summary: 40 hours / week Activities include: Day 1 - Introduction to project & admins; workstation setupDay 2 - Process review; Outlook setup with no restrictions, rights to all users; Day 3-5 - Phone lines open; document existing meetings / resources; take incoming calls/inquiries; copy current calendars Following weeks:Meeting Room / resource calendar freeze date All users will begin to call the Admin for resource availability, questions and scheduling. Post implementation - if neededAdmins can take calls to the meeting room/resource help line; document issues and present to Exchange Admins, where appropriate If interested please send an email to mgvukas@apexsystemsinc.com or call Milan @ 703-256-2000. Thanks, Milan
