Director of Sales and Marketing

We are currently seeking an energetic, outgoing person for the position of Sales and Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of prior Hospitality Sales experience with the working knowledge of the transient and preferred corporate markets as well as the Seattle travel and tourism sector.Â
The position includes a variety of duties; outside sales calls, room rate negotiation, group sales, sales trips, analyze data and develop overall marketing/sales strategies, attend outside membership luncheons, receptions, site inspections, sales generation, sales blitzes/promotions. Individual must possess prior understanding PMS/Sales & Marketing Systems (Opera, Profit Manager, Advantage or Delphi), Excel and Microsoft Office.
Must be a team player and have a passion for the Hopsitality Industry.
