The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
* College degree preferred in Hospitailty Management or related area
* Previous training instructor or Marriott experience a plus
* 2-3 years experience as a Front Office Manager or Food and Beverage Manager in a hotel of similar size and dimension
* Know how to coordinate the operations of various departments on behalf of the General Manager
* Able to assimilate operational statistics quickly and see how they can be used to enhance the position of the property
* Provide leadership to the property to achieve the mission
* Ability to inspire, train and develop people for promotion
