We seek a Data Entry Associate with a minimum of 3-4 years experience in the Hospitality/Purchasing industry. Â

The following skill sets are required: Familiarity with the interior design &/or hospitality renovation &/or purchasing & procurement world; Experience in Accounts Receivable processing: furniture, fixture & equipment specifications; purchase orders; change orders; processing incoming invoice; performing payment voucher analysis & creating payment vouchers;Â Detail oriented, able to accurately perform complex detailed data input tasks & own input for corrections.

Excellent computer skills including MSWord, Excel, QuickBooks & other common office applications.Â
