Customer Service/Clerical Position

Administrative support position requires a candidate with both general office and customer service experience. Candidate duties primarily include the referral of incoming customer service inquires to appropriate support staff for immediate resolution; general clerical duties; vouching customer shipment orders for immediate invoicing, providing clerical support in processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

 

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, possess solid computer experience (familiarity with Max Software a plus), be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and be a self starter who is able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
