AVE : Dulles Station is the new urban face of the Dulles Tech Corridor. Spacious, brand new architecturally inspired one, two and three bedroom furnished and unfurnished ultra-luxe rental residences with hotel services.  

 

AVE dulles station is looking for an energetic individual who will be responsible for selling furnished suites to the business community, specifically to relocation, human resource and purchasing departments. This individual will approach the property and businesses with a professional and positive attitude at all times.  Commit to prospecting, building relationships, growing and servicing accounts.  Have a proven track record at finding and closing new business opportunities and is effective at overcoming objections. Possess the ability to sell value not price, work independently and be held accountable to goals. Approach daily activities with an energetic attitude and be well organized to function effectively and achieve goals as projected in the business plans. Have excellent communication skills and a hard-working self-starter as well as a team player.  Has at least 1-2 years of prior experience selling to executives at fortune 1000 companies in a competitive market.

 

Hospitality experience a plus but not required, we are looking for A+ players who know to find and close business opportunities.

 

Compensation includes a base salary, monthly incentive related to achieving goals and 401K.
