Maximize efficiency of the promo team through strong leadership, organizational and motivational skills.     20% Provide on going training of grocery program employees and vendors.  Make sure that all members of staff and outside vendors adhere to companypolicy and maintain a high level of professionalism.   15%  Set the day-to-day priorities, and direction for the promotions team.  Maximize efficiency of the promotions team through strong leadership, organizational and motivational skills.  Mediates and resolves team conflicts.   10%  Review the program’s expenditures and operating budgets for the promotions department.   05% Over see all orders and cost tracking of Promotional materials, supplies and/or equipment. 05%Hire, terminate and oversee the training of the promotional and vendor staff. 05% Approve review and sign-off all payroll sheets of employees and weekly reimbursement to vendors.  Minimum Qualifications Required - Four-year degree in Promotional Marketing; and/or minimum of 4 years related marketing experience; or equivalent combination of related education and experience.  Minimum of four years management or supervisory experience. Must demonstrate the ability to handle a variety of task independently within expressed or implied time constraints.  Must have the ability to show discretion and good judgment in dealing with and solving internal and external problems & demonstrate excellent communication skills.  Must be willing to travel and work nights and weekends.
