This is what the job is and what you would be required to do:
Provide organization, motivation and leadership of the community sales team.Lead by example and demonstrate your excellent customer service skills.Actively sell the community to prospective residents.Ensure Leisure Care’s sales and marketing approach is consistently being met (we call it Five-Star Connections and so will you).Conduct sales training seminars to newly hired sales representatives and provide continued training, evaluation and monitoring of sales team performance.Ability to give dynamic presentations to large and small audiences.Possess the ability to build trust, establish rapport, and problem solve – these are a must!
A self-motivated worker and creative thinker, goal driven, energetic, professional personality is required! Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential. Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook required.
