COLLECTOR:

 

As a Collector in our Credit Services Department you will report directly to our Collections Supervisor.  Primary responsibilities of this position will include:

 Contacting customers with delinquent accounts and initiating follow-up actionPreparing correspondence on accounts that require special handlingResearching disputed delinquent account balancesReviewing accounts to be recommended for charge-off and assisting in the preparation of reportsMaintaining records regarding the status of collection activities

 

Qualifications:

 1-2 years Collection experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Strong analytical and problem solving abilityAbility to communicate with all levels of the organizationExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookSAP or similar application experience a plus
