Client Services Specialist

ABODA is a national market-leading provider of extended stay and corporate housing services. We offer thousands of unique housing solutions and services to help staff members relocate to new homes and new jobs. Extended stay housing, furniture sale and rental, housekeeping, carpet cleaning, and concierge are among the many services that make it easy and seamless for clients to make their transitions.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on a multi-dimentional role. This includes heavy internet research as well as client contact.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Take all incoming inquiries for out of district bookings
• Evaluate customer needs
• Provide quotes for services based on guest needs
• Participate in domestic RFP completion
• Research and secure the best housing options
• Follow up calls/emails to all guests in housing throughout their stay
• Confirms departure dates with guests in housing
• Sends confirmations
• Follow up with all potential guests and quotes
• Track all new customer conversation and transactions through Goldmine
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting
• Maintain relationship with referral clients


Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous office-based customer service experience required
• Internet researching skills required

Education, Training and Certification:

• General knowledge of MS Windows, Office and Outlook desired with Goldmine experience a plus
• High school diploma with some college experience preferred
