Catering Sales Manager
Position Description:
The Radisson Plaza- Warwick Hotel, a prestigious hotel located off of Rittenhouse Square, is currently looking for a go-getter! This person must be familiar with the Downtown Philadelphia market, and must have a background in hospitality. This position will predominantly work with high-end weddings and social events.

Reports To: Director of Sales and Marketing
Utilization Criteria: Typically found in Resort, International, Luxury, Downtown, Convention and Full-Service Suburban/Airport hotels with banquet / meeting space.
Purpose: To maximize hotel revenue by seeking out, identifying, and fully qualifying hotel group and catering business

Participates in the development of catering sales and marketing
strategies
- ?Develops and implements strategies for achieving individual catering
sales goals Achieves catering sales goals by developing and implementing sales
strategies
- ?Contacts potential business in local banquet market through appointments or cold calls
- ?Contacts group business to determine catering needs
- ?Clarifies customer requirements and suggests alternative menus, themes, etc.
- ?Prepares proposals for client which outline details of proposed functions; coordinates preparation of estimates with other food and beverage departments Negotiates sale of catering sales functions Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing Yes I Can! genuine
