Butler Coordinator
Position Description:The Butler Coordinator ensures that the guest experience is pleasant in regards to atmosphere, service, quality and delivery by personally providing outstanding service levels, coordinating service with other resort departments and adhering to the resort standards. The Butler Coordinator must track guest preferences, follow up on guest requests and coordinate with other areas/services to ensure requests, products and amenities are handled flawlessly. He or she must maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward guests, other employees and management staff and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of the company. Qualifications: Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Bilingual or general ability to communicate in Spanish, preferred. Experience in 4/5 star hotels/resorts. Word, Excel, Outlook, SAPP, Opera and Delphi Ability to provide legible communication. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Previous office coordinator experience (including basic supervisor knowledge/skill of documenting employees, training other individuals, ordering supplies, etc.). Benefits The Resort at Pelican Hill™ offers a generous benefits package for all qualifying employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week to include: Paid vacation of two weeks per year. Eight paid holidays per year, including two "personal holidays". Paid sick leave of six days per year. Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits programs (with an option of PPO or HMO medical plans and dental plans for employee and dependents) are available. You are immediately eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) savings plan that provides a dollar-for-dollar company match, up to 4% of your eligible base salary, after one year of employment and 1,000 hours worked. After one year of employment and 1,000 hours worked, the company will also make an automatic retirement contribution to your 401(k) savings plan, equal to 1.5% of your eligible base salary.
