Brand Account Supervisor

The appropriate candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience counseling clients on strategic marketing and branding initiatives. This position will lead the client services division of the department and be responsible for understanding clients business objectives, clearly defining the strategy and providing sound solutions.
* Serves as liaison between the clients and production staff. ·
* Responsible for maintaining and exceeding department Key Operating Indicators.·
* Responsible for seeing projects to completion within scheduled timeframes.·
* Coordinates and prioritizes all new project requests and establishes direction for production staff to begin production.·
* Leads account service staff and provides clear project direction.· Serves as a strategic partner to clients, understanding business objectives and providing sound solutions.· Clearly defines the marketing and execution strategy for both the client and the Creative Team. Writes and owns the Creative Brief.·
* Coaches the account service team to develop strong client relationships.·

Skills/ Requirements* Minimum 7 + years’ experience in one of the following: as an Account Manager, Supervisor or Sr. Account Executive.·
* Must be able to collaborate and develop strong relationships effectively with clients.·
* Attention to details and analytical as well as a creative approach to task is essential.·
College degree preferred; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
