Prominent Wilmington high-rise condominium is seeking a full-time building mechanic/maintenance person. Minimum of 5 years of experience required in building maintenance. Applicant must have a strong background in plumbing, and h.v.a.c systems. $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience & qualifications. Benefits are negotiable.
