We are “memory makers".Warm, thoughtful, gracious hospitality is our culture and through our Count on Me and MAGIC (Making A Great Impression on the Customer) service philosophies, our employees strengthen their customer service skills and embody the five steps of MAGIC for successful execution of signature service.   In your role, you will help us deliver outstanding service and hospitality to our guests to ensure they have a memorable vacation while staying with our resorts each and every time. Job Summary: Monitor revenue and expenses against budgeted amounts, decide on expenditures based on need and effect on departmental budget. Compile, organize, verify and distribute information for board meetings.  Submit suggestions for board approval and implement board decisions. Assist department management of site personnel and support services. Determine/interpret/implement budgeted activities and directions based on established paramenters and guidelines. Determine job requirement levels.  Implement on the job and seminar training. Interaction with owner and guest requests requiring decisions. Assist in maintaining/inspection company and association assets: building, equipment, furniture and fixtures, cash, reserve requirements. Contract/supervise outside agencies for the benefit of the association. Associates degree or 2 year technical certificate. 3 years supervision of personnel. 3 years support services (Maintenance/Fairshare etc.) 1 year administrative/analytical. Knowledge of financial statements and interpretation, budgeting processes, legal documents, financial instruments, management abilities of personnel, outside vendors and support services. If not already certified, must begin working towards certification as a Community Association Manager within 4 months of hire (if required in the state the position is based). Able to deal with people, provide timely solutions to problems, adapt to rapidly changing situations and supervise personnel. Able to work well under pressure and make sound business decisions regarding corporate and site policies, procedures and goals. Must be a self-starter, able to make presentations and provide situational advice.
