POSITION PURPOSE To coordinate and facilitate Hilton Grand Vacations Company training programs and initiatives for Resort Operations within the Las Vegas Region. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES * Delivers and develops skills based (non-technical) training programs for both management and employee levels.* Prepares lesson plans including method, media and documentation to be presented.* Evaluates and measures overall effectiveness of courses being taught to ensure an effective transfer of skill/knowledge to trainees.* Serve as point of contact to HR and business units for OD and Training issues.* Identifies ways to add value to the Business Unit through OD and Training initiatives.* Assist in creating an environment of outstanding service to our internal customers for the purpose of training, motivating, and team building.* Takes direction from management to assist in areas of critical need as necessary.* Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the associate is capable of performing. Job Requirements : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Bi-lingual/Fluent in Spanish required.* Bachelor's Degree in an applicable discipline is required.* 3-5 years related training and/or experience desired.* DDI or Achieveglobal or equivalent certification desired* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills are required.
