This is a full-time temporary position. Responsibilities: Daily maintenance of office equipment: change toners and fix paper jams for fax, copier, and printer.  General upkeep of the building to provide orderly and pleasant work environment for associates and guests.  Includes inspection and tidy up conference rooms and common area equipments, furniture and fixtures. Update weekly inventory log sheet for office supplies, recycle supplies, breakstations, toners, and janitorial products.  P/R and A/P check inspection, sorting, and processing                                                                                                   Filing of BO&LP documents and distribute daily mail  Assist meeting and event organizers by providing office supplies and equipments per requests. Escorts maintenance vendors when they come to the Support Center to do routine services Completes monthly linen and copier chargeback spreadsheetMiscellaneous duties assigned. Requirements: Education:  Bachelor Degree preferred Experience:  Minimum of 1 years of office administration and/or clerical duties Skills & Knowledge:  Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel Abilities:  Must be detail oriented;  Possess problem solving skill; Friendly and customer-service oriented Panda Restaurant Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
