ADMINISTRATIVE APARTMENT INVENTORY MANAGER

 

MARRIOTT EXECUSTAY, the leading corporate housing provider for business professionals or individuals needing temporary housing for 30 days or longer, is seeking an Inventory Manager. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for providing a wide variety of advanced administrative and customer service support to our day-to-day operations.

Key Duties Include:Source inventory for apartments in all Texas markets Answer phones, greet & assist visitors Data entry of reservations and sales data Research & compile data, maintain file system Communicate with & assist guests throughout entire stay Build relationships, negotiate rates & discounts with Apartment communities Perform apartment walk-through inspections, set-ups and shut-downs

Job Requirements:Sense of urgency in providing exceptional customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to work as a team and independently Computer proficient with Microsoft Office software Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Professional appearance Previous office/administrative experience, Associates Degree preferred
