Job Description THE WOODLANDS WATERWAY MARRIOTT HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTER 1601 LAKE ROBBINS DR. THE WOODLANDS, TX77380 The exciting Woodlands Waterway Marriott is currently seeking Building Engineers of all levels. Responsibilities include:-Responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. -Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets-Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. -Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. -Communicate with guests/customers when necessary to resolve maintenance issues.-Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. Requirements:-May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance.
