Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster
This National Top Tier TPA has an immediate need for a Workers' Compensation Adjuster with Georgia and Southeast states experience to investigate all losses, evaluate liability and file proper reports as required. Determine need for and direct defense counsel and other experts; monitor and control their costs. Verify, analyze and appropriately apply coverage. Keep clients, insurers and appropriate staff persons advised of file status, and settle claim within designated authority. They offer competitive compensation and a solid benefit plan.
Minimum Requirements:
Three or more years of State of Georgia Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims.
Knowledge of claims investigation and settlement procedures and of applicable state laws & industry standards.
Excellent negotiations skills and knowledge of legal/insurance terminology & practice.
