Essential Skills:Project manager for employee wellness programs. Develops, implements, and administers wellness programs, in support of company's health care strategies. Helps promote wellness programs to employees, through active, ongoing communications. Reviews programs to determine measures of success, and analyzes outcomes to determine the effectiveness. Researches programs and analyzes data to identify appropriate health management/wellness initiatives. Provides recommendations to management regarding vendors and program selections.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources/insurance, health care, or business, with 5 years of related experience in creating and implementing health management programs and working with health and welfare programs.Background in health care desirable.Strong analytical/statistical background required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
