Web Product Manager -Part Time

Applying innovation and strategy to create leading-edge health coverage and benefit solutions for our members. Premera Blue Cross is looking for an experienced Web Product Manager to join eBusiness. The Web Product Management team is responsible for the online experience of members, care providers, employers and brokers in 4 western states, along with a string of national accounts whose reach is nation-wide. Web Product Managers (WPM’s) drive complex web projects from concept through launch including working cross functionally and with external vendors. WPM’s collaborate with core eBusiness team members (user experience consultants, developers, quality assurance associates) to design and implement new features for specific or multiple portals. By keeping current with health care industry trends, the WPM’s serve as experts for stakeholders, leading small to medium initiatives. This position will be part time, working 20-25 hours per week (approximately 5 hours/day each day). Requirements: 3 years of related experience: including product management, business analysis and/or project management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership, facilitation and consensus-building skills. Must have experience: working in an eBusiness or eCommerce environment.
