Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY Web Developer with experience developing web sites and interfaces to other systems. The successful candidate will perform the following duties: The preferred candidate will support development of new company websites and will be involved in all phases of web development from evaluation, analysis and design to development and subsequently to ongoing maintenance/support. The candidate will develop new web sites in accordance with set guidelines. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities will include working with the customer to determine functionality needs, development and potential prototyping, documentation, interfacing with other development efforts, project coordination and management, and implementation. The candidate must be familiar with version control. The successful candidate should be able to provide code samples from programming work. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Must have 3 or more years of experience of web development REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Mid to senior level asp.net, javascript, XML, Visual Studio 2005, cascading style sheets, presentation skills (web presence), CSS, HTML, and DHTML programming skills. Java and Sharepoint development a huge plus Ability to provide specialized expertise in the design and layout of graphical user interfaces, particularly web-based screen and presentation layouts used in website design.
