Girling Health Care, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is actively recruiting a Vice President of Sales to spearhead census growth for its Medicare certified home health operations with revenues in excess of $160M.  Girling is conducting a national search and is looking for an energetic, self starter with proven sales expertise to join its dynamic leadership team.  The Vice President of Sales will report directly to the President of Girling Home Health. 

 

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for increasing Medicare referrals and admissions throughout Girling Home Health’s geographic service area (FL, TX, TN, MO, IL, IA, OK, NY and WV) and will lead the organization in the design, implementation and monitoring of all sales strategies and activities.  In addition, the Vice President will serve as a resource and coach for sales teams, ensuring all teams have the necessary tools and training to meet strategic goals and objectives.  The position will oversee six Regional Sales Managers and 68 sales executives.  Extensive travel is expected.  Preferred candidates will be based out of or be willing to relocate to Austin, Texas. 



Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a distinguished track record of sales and rapport building with healthcare providers.  Five to seven years of sales leadership experience in pharmaceutical, home health, infusion or medical equipment sales experience is required.  Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills highly desired.  Competitive base salary and bonus.  Relocation assistance provided.
