Vice President of Quality and Risk Management

We are a 79 bed facility employing 650 caring personnel.
We currently have an opening for a VP of Quality and Risk Management.The qualified candidate for this position must possess a Mass RN License, be a Clinical Specialist, NP or other equivalent designation.A Bachelor of Science degree required, Master's degree in business or management or demonstration of matriculation in a graduate program required. Seven years experience in management in health care or related field required.
As a senior member of the Hospital's management team and under the general direction of the President/CEO, plans, develops and manages the activities of Case Management and Utilization Review, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Infection Control, Medical Staff Services, Medical Library, Performance Improvement, Patient Relations, Compliance and activities with external regulatory and/or accrediting agencies, consistent with the mission and goals of the Hospital.
