The Arc Otsego, a chapter of NYSARC, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit organization working with and for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and their families throughout Otsego County, New York. The following positions are available in our Residential Services Division: ? Direct Support Providers o Position starts at $9.25 + per hour o Must be willing to explore and practice new and creative ways to work with residents ? Assistant Home Manager o Full time position in Oneonta starting at $14.30 + per hour o Minimum of one year supervisory experience o Creative in planning activities for both residents and staff The Arc Otsego offers an excellent benefit package. Part time employees scheduled more than 21 hours per week enjoy full time benefits. Applicants must possess a valid New York State Driver's License, the ability to frequently lift fifty pounds, and be willing to become medication administration certified within three months (training provided).
