VP of Nursing
National Hospice Management, Inc. headquartered in St. Louis, MO is seeking a VP of Nursing.
The VP of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operations of the branches. This is a multi site position and travel is required. The VP of Nursing job duties include, but not limited to, assessing, evaluating, and implementing clinical services to improve services to our patients. Training and development of clinical staff, assessing and improving current clinical P&Ps, and ensuring that all operations are in compliance with state and federal hospice regulations. Monitors current practices to ensure they are up to standard with industry and overall QAPI.
The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse, MSN preferred, with at least 5-10 years of hospice experience, preferably in hospice management at multi-sites/multi-state company. Extensive knowledge of hospice regulations.Â
