VP of Business Development-Multi-Hospital Specialty System
VP of Business Development for West Coast Hospital System -Southern California Based Vibra Healthcare, a growing owner and operator of Rehabilitation and Long-term acute care hospitals (LTACH) is currently seeking a Vice President of Business Development for West Coast Hospitals. The position will be based in the Los Angeles area. The Vice President of Business Development will communicate Vibra’s mission, strategies, values, philosophy, expectations and culture, and provide business development support to hospital senior management team track field/clinical liaison productivity and acute care hospital referrals and trends for growth opportunities. Provide guidance, training and support to hospital directors of business development and CEOs on marketing/business development activities. Ensure proper administration of policies and procedures the central intake and admissions process for each hospital. Ensure that admissions goals for each hospital are established and achieved. Qualifications:Ø LTACH and/or Rehab experience is essentialØ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians and discharge managers and case managers.Ø Willing and able to travel up to 80% Ø Graduate degree or equivalent experienceØ Multiple location hospital management experience a plusØ Minimum of 5 years of direct supervision and management experience at the senior level.
