VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19152 Status: Full Time, Part Time Mercy Health System is a diverse, integrated system providing comprehensive healthcare services to people in all stages of life. VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the overall planning, administration and coordination of a variety of clinical, diagnostic and support departments. This position oversees the daily operations of assigned areas while providing leadership and stewardship. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree, a minimum six to ten years of hospital operations experience, and an understanding of and the ability to commit to the Catholic Healthcare philosophy. Demonstrated leadership ability, computer literacy, excellent written, oral, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to be creative, innovative, and flexible in responding to rapidly changing needs and priorities are essential.Mercy Health System is the largest Catholic healthcare system serving the Delaware Valley and is a member of Catholic Health East, a multi-institutional, Catholic health system co-sponsored by 13 religious congregations and Hope Ministries.
