UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

This position provides team and organizational support by supervising referral management services for health plan members, ensures compliance with regulatory and health plan requirements and ensures the efficient and effective operations of the non-clinical Referral Management staff.

Preferred Qualifications:HS Diploma or equivalent2-4 years experience in the health care field (IPA or HMO setting preferred)2 years supervisory or management experience requiredknowledge of Utilization Management procedures in a managed care setting experience helpful
