Position Description:
Serves as a unit or program level resource for quality improvement work and supports institutional initiatives and regulatory requirements for improvement data. Assists leaders and staff with designing and implementing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Pennsylvania RN license Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferredPractice experience in similar settingMinimum of 3 years of work experience in a complex health care setting.Knowledge of quality improvement, data collection methods and analytic methods.Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge in Microsoft Access Experience working with quality improvement methods and toolsProject management skillsAbility to work independently and take initiative when necessaryStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
