Position Description:

Chapel Manor, a lovely skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Northeast Philadelphia, is looking for two Unit Managers to oversee the nursing care on our units. We have a transitional unit as well as long term care unit. These are full time positions, Monday through Friday, with day time hours.In exchange for your nursing talents, you will receive three weeks paid vacation as well as medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K with match, and so much more! Ensures comprehensive care and treatment is rendered to our customers. Oversees the MDS process. Maintains nursing management responsibilities and collaborates with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality resident care is being delivered.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with proven leadership experience for a minimum of two years. Knowledge of OBRA and JCAHO guidelines is a plus as well as understanding of PPS. Must be able to work independently and have strong interpersonal skills.
