This financially stable, is a key resource to the surrounding area, and is greatly fulfilling not only community needs but employee needs as well. This rapidly growing non-profit organization is looking for an outstanding management level candidate as a Unit Director for their Center for Women and Children. This key position will have a team of 44 FTE’s and 4 Supervisory staff members they will be responsible for and an annual operating budget of $3.2 million dollars. As a leader of this team your scope of responsibility will be to develop a collaborative working environment, define the unit’s scope of services, maintain system facilities, evaluating standards, assure that patient care is the best it possibly can be, design and implement practices, collaborate with nursing facilities and planning, and take on other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and leadership skills, be a graduate of an accredited nursing education program, be a licensed registered nurse, and possess an AWHONN certification and neonatal resuscitation certificate, and at least 3 years of progressive nursing management experience. If you are interested in working with an outstanding facility in an outstanding community and possess the required background, I would like to speak with you ASAP.   Contact UsManagement Recruiters of Elgin, Inc., Inc. 472 N.
