Albert Einstein Healthcare Network's Corporate Human Resources Department seeks an experienced Training & Development professional.
Albert Einstein Healthcare Network is a private, not-for-profit organization and provides advanced, comprehensive, integrated quality medical services in the greater Philadelphia region and opportune markets. Our network comprises multiple operating divisions offering services including acute/level I trauma, skilled nursing, long-term, rehabilitation and behavioral healthcare. Facilities include the Albert Einstein Medical Center, Belmont Center for Behavioral Health, Einstein Center One, Germantown Community Health Services, Willow Terrace, Willowcrest, and MossRehab.
You will assume immediate responsibility for the following:
Provides training and organizational development services as well as assisting with strategic/tactical consulting to healthcare manager/supervisors on issues related to training Provides effective tactical support to assigned business lines on issues related to training Needs Analysis/Climate Assessment: In partnership with other members of Human Resources Team and OSD, to assesses the climate, culture, and business challenges of assigned clients Coaches leaders to understand and identify areas which require training interventions Helps to manage and support the training needs of the department through guidance, written communications and effective feedback Facilitates the delivery of various training products, services, and processes to meet the strategic and tactical needs of assigned areas of the Network Uses training and facilitation techniques to manage groups effectively and move the groups through planned objectives to meet goals Tracks and measures utilization of various training products services over time Identifies, assists and uses available information sources for training program development and facilitation. Applies design creation from various models of training program design. Assists in the creation of designs and researches innovative approaches to training Prepares clear, well-written training materials appropriate to audience and serves the intended program objectives. Identifies opportunities for learning and skills acquisition Proactively looks for ways to improve personal effectiveness on the job Assists in the research, development and/or redesign of training programs and initiatives for organization-wide use. Serves on cross-departmental, system level project teams and committees. In partnership with other members of HR Team, understands and identifies opportunities for implementation of culture change and learning interventions Researches and assists in the development of cultural interventions (Quality, Diversity, Customer Service, etc.) and in the development of culture change tools (Performance Management)

Bachelors Degree required with specialty in related field Excellent stand-up training and rapport building skills Knowledge of how to use experimental methods; effective project management skills Minimum of 2 years in training delivery program development and support required PC knowledge and demonstration of customer service orientation
