Does not train outside of specialty. May also be involved in the design process.   Primary Responsibilities:Work is frequently completed without established procedures Work independently May act as a resource for others May coordinate others' activities Extensive work experience within own functionQualifications:1 year of experience presenting in front of an audience required 1 year of experience presenting in front of an audience required Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required 2 years of Call center customer service experience required 1 year of experience coaching, teaching, or training required Experience developing training material is a huge plus Experience with Quality Audit is preferred High school diploma requiredDiversity creates a healthier atmosphere: equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V  UnitedHealth Group is a drug-free workplace.  Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
