The Trainer educates new and existing employees on the following: company policies and procedures (including sexual harassment, drug testing, HIPAA, fraud, and customer service), all third party reimbursement programs, proper completion of company forms and reports and hospital and company computer systems. The Trainer leads orientation classes for new employees and travels onsite to train new employees for the Benefit Representative position. The Trainer helps the new Benefit Representative set up accounts, obtain patient referrals from hospitals, interviewing patients in-house, completing daily logs and corresponding between patients, insurance companies, hospital staff and others. Extensive travel all over the United States with a generous travel allowance and travel incentive.
Minimum requirements for our Trainer are as follows:
· Must have 2 years of college, degree preferred,
· Must work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision,
· Must be able to travel,
· Must be computer literate, and
· Must have great written and verbal skills.
Bilingual is a plus!!
