Areté Sleep Health is currently seeking a Territory Manager to join our expanding Team. 

This position is responsible for market expansion achieved through developing and maintaining relationships with physicians and practices who will refer patients for sleep diagnostic studies. This is an outside field position and therefore requires initiative and self-direction to ensure goals are met and exceeded.



Candidates are required to have the following:

- A High School Diploma or equivalent education

- A minimum of 2 years successful sales experience

- Valid Drivers License in good standing

- Computer literacy

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills

- Excellent business problem-solving skills, a strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task

- Ability to identify and reach key decision makers and identify new business opportunities

- Must be professional, possess a high degree of self-motivation, and have a strong work ethic

- Must possess a high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with HIPAA

guidelines and patient matters

 

In addition, the following credentials are highly preferred:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

- 1+ years of medical field sales experience; sleep medicine experience a plus

 

 

Territory Managers are paid 100% commissions based on referral volume during the first year of employment.  We provide a robust benefit package and excellent growth potential!
