Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant for well known health care organization!

Kd Staffing is currently recruiting for a high level executive administrative assistant to work for a well known health care organization.  This position is a temporary 6 month + position but could go longer. This is a perfect way to get your foot in the door to this health care giant. Our client is in need of a Dependable and Flexible admin.  We are looking for someone that is proficient in Excel, Lotus Notes and has knowledge of Word.  Must be able to pull/compile reports- gather information from other web sites, putting them into graphs and charts - EXCEL (important) knowledge of survey software (zoomerang or survey monkey).Qualifications: 4+ years experience as a professional Administrative assistant Punctuality/attendance is extremely important!
