Telephone Account Rep / 667 Position Description:CLEINT SERVICES COORDINATORAPS Healthcare, an innovator in the delivery of healthcare services to state and local governments, provides an array of award winning health and disease management programs. Working collaboratively with government leaders, we implement cost-effective, high quality programs that improve overall beneficiary health and enhance provider support. We are looking for dynamic individuals to help pave the way for Medicaid reform in our Missouri program. As part of the Missouri team you will be involved in one of the largest Medicaid Disease Management programs in the country. This position will support member and provider services activities related to the Missouri CCIP. Responsibilities:• Responds to member inquiries in an appropriate manner• Provides members with information• Supports the State’s enrollment process • Assist with PCP selection and changes• Conducts member outreach activities• Triages Provider inquiries• Provides providers with information and materialsEducation:• High School Diploma or GED• Associates / Bachelor’s Degree desirable• Successful completion of APS Call Center training courseRequirements:• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.• Healthcare experience strongly preferred. • Experience working with providers desirable.• Excellent communication and relationship skills.• Good computer skills.• Attention to detail.• Computer literacy and customer service focus.Our company is committed to maintaining a challenging environment that promotes personal accountability, personal growth, and an active role in the driving vision of the company.
