This is a one year contract to hire position with our client in Corona, CA.  JOB DESCRIPTION: TECHNICAL RECRUITER / HR GENERALIST   Primary focus in the areas of employee and labor relations, compensation analysis, HR research and analysis with proactive identification and communcation of trends or issues, problem resolution, project coordination, policy development/interpretation/review. May have client engagement responsibility with clients of moderate size and/or complexity, and/or shared responsibility for complex client organizations. This position may facilitate or co-facilitate HR training efforts as well as program implementation. Will interface with all HR functional areas and matrix partners. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years experience in an HR consultative capacity; extensive experience with employee relations, labor relations, investigations, compensation, research and analysis, project coordination, multi-state employment law, review and/or interpretation of legal and regulatory requirements (including AAP/EEO) 7+ years of experience (components described above) with service industry, healthcare, or technology industry experience.
