Learn more at www.multicarejobs.org Position Summary: The technical/ administrative assistant position supports the recruitment and on-boarding of providers/physicians for MultiCare Health System and Good Samaritan Hospital. This position responds to a wide range requests from upper management and departmental staff for information and data and is responsible for assuring the integrity of the data and related information. Key responsibility will be to serve as systems administrator for the department for PeopleClick and Doc-in-a-Box as well as provide adminstrative support. Write and analyze reports, create charts, graphs and some graphic design work. Must to be a self starter, work without direct supervision and act as a technical advisor to the department. Minimum Requirements: Extensive experience with a variety of computer software applications. Previous experience in health care setting preferred. Education/Licenses/Certifications: Vocational business training or college course work OR equivalent experience. Post high school course work in computer science and or applications preferred.
