Team Leader- Receivables Management Services
Our growing health care services firm seeks an experienced, detail-oriented individual to assume a Team Leader role within our Receivables Management Services business unit located in Cleveland, Ohio. Our operation assists Healthcare Business Offices with initial billing, clean-up project work, and denials management. Your primary responsibilities as a Team Leader are to provide leadership for our existing staff and ensure that financial and operational objectives for the service are met.
Successful candidates will have at least 3-5 years of operations management experience preferably in healthcare. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
