Transplant Claims Analyst Needed!
Bottom Line Systems, Inc. is a regional health care consulting company, specializing in identifying and collecting managed care underpayments and denials for our customers for the past 12-years! Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking to add several energetic, passionate people to our organization of Managed Care Professionals. We are currently in need of a full-time Transplant Claims Analyst to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Crescent Springs, Kentucky.
Position ResponsibilitiesFollow transplant claims through pre/post transplant process, including the evaluation, transplant and follow upAudit transplant claims and search for inaccuracies, underpayments, review refund requests and denials Review managed care contracts and compare against claims to identify underpayments for assigned client(s) Investigate various issues with payors and their contracts and respond to questions to reach problem resolution Collect claims data to be reviewed Call payors to resolve underpayments found Write adjustment and appeal letters as needed to payors to resolve underpayments Communicate with client contact concerning all issues related to billing, posting, contracts, etc...both in an informal manner through daily contact and formal manner through scheduled meetings
Position Requirements
2 years experience working with Transplant Case Management in BMT and Solid Organ TransplantKnowledgeable of the pre/post transplant process including the evaluation, transplant and follow up.Experience in utilization review and transplant claims administrationPC skills including experience with Microsoft Windows and Windows based spreadsheet, word processing Experience with insurance company transplant agreements and contracts
