Current Need:

HIS is seeking a Technical Specialist to support company IT infrastructure and customer accounts.

 

Job Location:

HIS is located in Seville, Ohio, with easy access to several major interstates, making it a convenient commute from Akron, Medina, Cleveland and many surrounding areas.

Day trips and an occasional overnight trip to customer sites are possible.

 

Job Description: 

 PC/laptop and hardware technical supportComputer/network security Network/server administration Phone system administration Operations Security Video conferencing support Enterprise application support including but not limited to: Office 2003 and 2007 XP and Vista Microsoft Exchange PCs and laptops Printers Wireless handhelds Third-party applications

 

Position Qualifications:

 

MS certification preferred but not required

 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role required; 6 or more years preferred

 

Must possess the desire and ability to learn new technology. Becoming certified in several third-party applications will be required.

 

Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Must possess the ability to adapt in working with all user levels.

 

Must possess strong communication skills and maintain a professional image.

 

Self-directed with the ability to prioritize

 

Deadline and results-oriented with sense of urgency

 

Must possess and high level of integrity to handle confidential company and customer information.
