Great opportunity exists for a full time, Supported Housing Rehabilitation Coordinator. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following characteristics: flexible, team player, ability to provide leadership and motivate staff, ability to grow and learn in the position, and excellent communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:Advocate for caseload via development.Implementation and monitoring of quality of all treatment plans.Fiscal management of individual’s funds.Primary liaison for service providers, family, and guardians.Monitor physical well being of caseload.Alternating on-call responsibilities for the program.

Requirements:BA/BS in Psychology or related field preferred.At least one year Human Service experience is preferred. Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.Working knowledge of community based treatment, funding sources, and treatment regulations.
