Supervisor – Social Work - Care Management

Social Workers with Supervisory experience are invited to join our Care Management department.

Albert Einstein Medical Center is a teaching hospital offering a full range of advanced health services to the Philadelphia community and beyond. We are located at 5501 Old York Road and are proud to offer a Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Einstein Medical Center has more than 600 primary care doctors and specialists on staff, with an additional 1,200 affiliated physicians.

In this position you will:

Assist the Department Director by overseeing the daily operations of the Care Management Department related to Social Work Services Serves in an advisory role for staff to assure compliance with hospital, federal and third party payor rules and regulations to ensure cost efficient quality patient care To act as a resource for Social Workers at AEMC, Elkins Park and Willowcrest

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:

BSW required Graduate degree (MSW) and advanced training preferred One to three years clinical experience in case management or related field required Three to Five years of supervisory experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills required Working knowledge of PC applications required
