Supervisor, Case Management

This includes case management, coordination of care, and medical management consulting. Function may also be responsible for providing health education, coaching and treatment decision support for members. Includes Health Coach, Health Educator, and Health Advocate roles that require an RN. - Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit.   The chosen candidate should posses:Utilization Management experience Managed Care experience Registered RN (BSN preferred) in the state of residency (PA) or LPN with Bachelor's or Master's degree Direct supervisory experience Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion. Monitor and assist in team evaluations and goals Coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Develops plans to meet short-term objectives.
