SA Case Manager

Responsibilities:Assist with treatment interventions/documentation, group facilitation and individual counseling in a dual-diagnosis, acute medical detoxification unit.Identification of and referral to aftercare treatment.Intensive discharge planning. Qualifications:
BS/BA or CAC/LADC or four years in human services; two of which are in substance abuse treatment.Valid MA driver’s license and use of own car required. Driving License Required? Yes
