In the role of full time Statistician in our Outcomes Management Department, you will coordinate, aggregate, analyze data throughout the hospital. Develop and coordinate a hospital wide data dashboard. Maintain all the documentation for ongoing monitoring of PI (process improvement) indicators for compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory agencies

Qualified candidates will have; BS/BA in business, healthcare or IT; 3 years analytical and data management experience; Prior experience in Healthcare; Must be detailed oriented as well as strong analytical ability working knowledge of various software programs; Extensive experience with spreadsheet software EXCEL plus working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products; Strong communication skills both written and oral; Ability to function independently.
